The dry ingredients 3.5 ounces of a broken up 70% cocoa dark chocolate bar,2 1/2 cups almond flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon salt , mix the dry ingredients together
In a separate bowl add one cube of melted butter, one teaspoon vanilla , 1/2 cup brown sugar and stir. With a spoon blend the wet & dry ingredients together.
Place in half inch balls on a parchment lined cookie sheet , flatten them down with a spoon. Leave an inch of space between the cookies.
Bake 350 degrees for 7 -9 minutes or until golden on edges. Let the cookies rest for ten minutes before removing them. They are a delicate cookie.
